Pricing Schedule
Prices quoted through software are based on male garment (XS-XXL) and female garment (XS-XL). Prices for female standard size garments are 10% less than male base price; children’s standard sizes are 12% less than male base price.
Sizes outwith standard ranges are available; though note following price up-charges:

Special Colours
We are able to produce special colours in eight of our nine stock fabrics; though production is subject to the below order quantities and price up-charges. Order quantity thresholds are based on solid colour male garments (XS-XXL). Note that special colours are not currently available in the following Pantone (U/C) inclusive ranges: 801-814, 871-877, and 8003-8321. Special colours requested on multiple colour garments are subject to higher minimum order quantities; quantities are confirmed upon request.

Decoration
Embroideries and screen prints are subject to development costs in addition to application costs.
Check your individual price chart for more detail on price per decoration; note that other decoration options are available with confirmation of development charge and minimums upon request.

General
Quotations - Prices
All prices available through the website are quoted in local currency of the country of delivery, exclusive of VAT. Prices include all known development, production, and shipment costs and are subject to final confirmation at time of order. Russell Europe Ltd reserves the right to alter without notice any and all prices listed.
Sample Terms
Russell Solutions currently offers sampling on three service levels. These levels are defined by the garment design requested and are subject to the terms outlined below. Receipt of a sample request is subject to confirmation prior to production; only after receipt of this confirmation will order commence. Note that for production requested through Far East, samples will be provided through European source using the same specification, fabric, colour, and quality. All lead-times quoted below are defined by working days, Monday through Friday, exclusive of public or otherwise announced holidays. All sample prices indicated on software are subject to final confirmation at time of order. Russell Europe Ltd reserves the right to alter without notice any and all prices listed.
Sample Service Levels (Exclusive of decoration/accessories)
1) Sample made directly from software, stock fabric/colours/specification
Lead-time for sample will be 5 working days + additional time for shipment by chosen courier option outlined below.
2) Software request, stock fabric/colours; customer specification.
Lead-time for sample will be 7 working days + additional time for shipment by chosen courier option outlined below.
3) Sample request, alternative fabric, colour, specification
Lead-time for sample will be confirmed within 48 hours upon receipt of request
Samples in Special Colour
Due to production capabilities, we are not able to provide sample in colours or fabrics outwith currently stocked options. As an alternative to specific colour request (not available through stock), we offer option of lab dip to a reference or pantone colour. Lab dip can be provided with any of 3 sample options requested above, no effect on lead-time. Note that lab dips are not currently available in the following Pantone (U/C) inclusive ranges: 801-814, 871-877, and 8003-8321.
Samples with Tipped Collar or Cuff
Due to production capabilities, we are unable to offer samples with contrast colour tipping in flat knit rib collar or cuff.
Samples with Decoration or Accessory Developments
All samples with request for decoration or accessories (including, but not limited to screen print, transfer print, embroidery, appliqué, woven accessories) will be subject to an additional development charge. Note that this charge will be confirmed at time of sample confirmation in addition to effect this development may have on sample lead-time.
Samples Made Using Customer Specification
All samples requested with use of a specification or construction not currently on offer through the software are subject to an additional charge for creation of new patterns. Note this charge will be confirmed at time of sample confirmation.
Delivery
Two service options are currently available for sample delivery, UPS and Chronopost. For express delivery, UPS Express service is offered on next working day service and for service not as urgent, we offer parcel service through Chronopost, delivery of 4-5 working days. Cost of samples includes design, production, and shipment using either of the parcel services offered. Incremental development charges are not included and will be confirmed at time of sample order confirmation.
Order Terms
All orders received through the software will be confirmed by Russell Solutions prior to commencement of production. Order confirmation will outline all style details as used in production and will clarify expectation of price and lead-time. Note terms of price and lead-time outlined below.
Order Quantity
An order may contain a specific design, but utilized on four different specifications (styles). These styles are classified as male, female, boy, or girl. Note that minimums indicated below are for a total order which may include use of up to these four styles, assumption of same design.
Styles / Sizes
Prices indicated on software include standard size ranges for male, female, boy, and girl styles. Any size range that falls outwith below standard sizes is subject to a per piece up-charge to be confirmed at time of order. Note that extra large sizes (female 2XL+, male 5XL+) or specified sizes (exact measurements) are subject to an additional charge for patterns, again to be confirmed at time of order confirmation.

Minimums - Order Qty
All orders are subject to minimums by size and style, dependent on order details and volume. For stock fabric/stock colour orders less than 200 total pieces must be placed in multiples of 5 pieces per size, per style. Alternatively, for stock fabric/stock colour styles totaling 200 pieces or greater, order multiples must be 10 pieces per size, per style. Shipment is guaranteed to be within +/-5% variance from order quantity by size. Note that if exact quantity is requested, this must be mentioned at time of order and applicable percentage up-charge will be confirmed.
Minimums - Decoration
The minimum order quantity for use of embroidery is 30 pieces of garments. The minimum order quantity for use of screen-print is 200 pieces of screen-prints. Note that there is a fixed cost for development per single decoration in addition to a cost for use of that decoration on garment. These costs will be confirmed at time of order
Minimums – Tipped Collar and/or Cuff
The minimum order quantity for a tipped collar and/or cuff is 250 pieces per colourway.
Minimums – Special Colour
The minimum order quantity for a special colour (defined as not currently on offer through software) is outlined below by fabric base.

Note that these minimums only apply to use of a garment with solid colour body and sleeves. Any order placed with garment style incorporating two or more special colours will be subject to higher minimums to be confirmed by production unit at time of order. As an alternative to higher minimums, ordered quantity can be kept with an up-charge for fabric non-utilized. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer piping on any garments in a specific colour. Note that we do not offer Outdoor (Polar) Fleece in special colours.
Minimums – Altered Garments
The minimums for customer requested altered specification will be confirmed at time of order.
Order – Style Development Constraints
Any ordered style(s) that requires additional development of colour, specification, fabric, accessories, decoration, or packaging will be subject to an alternative production schedule. To maintain optimal development time, quickest mode of approval will be suggested at time of order confirmation. This may include forwarded images or strike-off samples depending on individual requirements. Note that we are not currently available to match colour of following Pantone (U/C) inclusive ranges: 801-814, 871-877, and 8003-8321.
Production Time
Once order has been received by Russell Solutions, details will be reviewed and order confirmed with expectation of price and production lead-time. If a specific delivery date is requested, this must be made highlighted when order is placed. Your order will then be sent to one of our production facilities, stipulated by requested delivery date. Lead-times for European sourced production are below. Note that time commences from receipt of all order details or approval of applicable developments, whichever is longer. Lead-time excludes all public or otherwise announced holidays.
Standard Software Order
Stock colours, fabrics using standard specification and may include developed accessories or decoration. Lead-time is 4 weeks production + shipment time.
Altered Software Order
Stock fabric, altered colour or specification and may include developed accessories or decoration. Lead-time is 6 weeks production + shipment time.
Order cut off date, to consider current week in above 4 or 6 week production lead-time, is 1300 CET Wednesday.

Shipment and Delivery
Polybag sticker is not included.
For garments sourced through European production, all orders are delivered through our nominated carrier, with delivery time approximately 1 week from production completion.
Shipment will be issued with a packing list detailing shipment quantity. All cartons will be shipped non-palletized, non-shrink wrapped. Delivery will be Monday through Friday, between hours of 0900 and 1800, limited to countries listed below: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Poland, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Note that standard shipping cost is included in the price of the garment.
